- Build your business team using tried and tested lessons for business from the world famous RAF aerobatic team The Red Arrows you’ll find out that perfection matters and how you too can achieve it if you and your team work hard
- Focus your team by creating and agreeing your team OBJECTIVES
- Create your high performing team by creating a dynamic practical plan of action – your HOW to do it!
- Learn how to involve your team and avoid failure by motivating every team member and delegating well
- CHECK your progress – you need to give and receive feedback – this is how to do it and keep people on side
- Use your leadership – be brave and make any CHANGES that need to be made for the business and team success.
