Welcome to the your Enhance Development e-learning centre. This area is growing all the time and offers you genuine blended learning opportunities and accelerated learning methods to give you what you need in any of the business skill areas you see.
You have 2 options for where to go next, you can look in:
Foundation Level
3-4 hours contact time with relevant, focused activities for you to apply your learning in your workplace. These programmes are more in-depth and come with telephone and e-mail support as part of your package
Advanced Level
3-4 hours contact time and similar to Foundation Level programmes in terms of support. They focus on more specific and complex areas relevant to the subject. For example, Creating Top Flight Teams Foundation focuses on all that’s needed for creating really successful teams while the Advanced package deals largely with leadership of the team.
Blended learning opportunities for all your people
Every programme you buy consists of blended learning opportunities and these include the following with some or all on offer, depending on your choice of subject and length of the programme:
- telephone coaching to help apply their learning in their work (usually arranged between individual learners and their Enhance Development learning director)
- 24/7 e-mail support to ask any questions that learners may have
- PDF downloads featuring Top Tips for all subjects on offer so that you can refer to the key points whenever you want
- webinars for groups of learners at specific stages in their programme when they can interact with their facilitator and learn from others
- small group workshops are available at extra cost so that one of our learning directors can come to you in-house and facilitate trouble-shooting and help embed your learning. These workshops are ideal for small groups of colleagues who have completed or are undertaking a specific subject.
